Testimonials Continued...

Sandy Raffay continued from page 1.

"From the first time we walked through the front door, I knew we didn't have to look any further. The atmosphere is so home like; from the open area, to the living quarters. When we moved all of mom's things in, it looked so cozy.

As our friends and relatives come to visit, they always comment on what a surprise to see how clean and attractive the Wellington Place is. They have also mentioned how sweet and caring all the staff is.

As you know, I stop by all different times of the day or night; the staff always calls me by name. I often see one of the girls with their arms around one of the residents. You can't imagine how touching that is to me.

My mom was a caring and loving person until this disease took over her life. There wasn't anything that she wouldn't do for anyone in need. It warms my heart to see her getting this wonderful care. I wish she could have stayed at home, but since she can't this is definitely the best living arrangement for her.

We attended both the summer and Christmas parties, and were overwhelmed by your efforts in putting on a really great meal and entertainment. Our two youngest grandsons love to come and visit mom. Of course that pond outside helps, because they love looking for frogs and turtles.

Mom and I are both great lovers of flowers. You really know how to make Wellington Place take on a home and garden appearance. Barb outdoes herself with her cooking and baking. As you know, mom eats like a lumber jack. She has never lost her taste for great food. She was the best cook. And how that vegetable garden that Barb plants and cares for!

Well, all I can say is, "THANKS TO EVERYONE", from the bottom of my heart."
